Experience and Skills
- Strong people management capabilities, including delegation, performance reviews, and team development
- Solid technical background in Software or Hardware Automated Test Equipment system design
- Proven experience designing, validating, and delivering manufacturing test systems for mid-volume production
- Strong understanding of electrical measurement techniques, test principles, and test equipment
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and track test measurement data
- Experience delivering solutions to complex technical problems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce test specifications, operator instructions, and technical documentation based on high-level requirement
