Rashad became a part of the Contract team in February 2021, transitioning from the hospitality sector amidst the challenges of the Covid pandemic. Before his tenure in hospitality, he obtained his degree in Business and Economics at the University of East London.
Rashad is dedicated to building meaningful partnerships ensuring that both candidates and clients have exceptional experiences.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending his leisure time at the gym and engaging in weekend Rugby matches. Additionally, Rashad is a passionate supporter of his childhood football club, Arsenal FC.
